    Oltre alle menzioni nei vari social sarebbe utile anche vedere quelle di google a livello articoli, blog, ecc

    Sarebbe utile poter utilizzare gli hashtag e verificarne la popolarità in tempo reale per poter scegliere quello più adatto (proprio come si fa con l'app di Instagram)

    Sarebbe bello avere uno strumento integrato di ascolto della rete. Si parlerebbe per ogni canale sempre al pubblico giusto di argomenti rilevanti per i clienti dalla stessa piattaforma.
